Shipping Info: Shipping Policy: All orders shall be shipped out through the United States Postal Service(USPS) within seven(7) days of the order having been placed. Should this timeline not be able to be matched, we will contact the customer informing them of the delay and inform them of the new time in which the order will be shipped.
Return Policy: Exchange Only Policy: We hope you are satisfied with your order. Should you discover a problem with your order within fourteen(14) days of arrival, email us at hailtheserpent@gmail.com with the subject line "Bandcamp Exchange". In this email, please include the product name/description in question, the date in which you received your order, and an explanation of the problem. We will do our best to get back in touch with you within 2 business days. Items which are eligible for an exchange are orders in which a size exchange is required. Eligibility for an exchange in all other circumstances are subject to the approval of the band. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees for the exchange.
